At GO SPORT, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your GO SPORT account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals, accessories, and tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
